As we are now in a new year, let us all reflect on the year in passing. We have all be touched by some event, tragedy, loss of a loved one, life changing circumstance, job loss, to name a few.
Yet, we can take comfort in John 14 vs 1 & 18 “Let not your heart be troubled: Ye believe in God, believe also in me”. “ I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you”. We can all take comfort in the word of God although the time seem to be hopeless. Jesus is our hope, He is the light in this darken world.
Jesus is truly the answer if you make him so in your heart. He is the only answer to all of life’s problems, physical, emotional, financial and spiritual. He is the foundation to center your soul upon that gives the sustenance needed for life and godliness. His life in you is the only satisfying place that can give your life meaning, direction and purpose on this earth. He is the only safe place of security, peace, comfort and joy. Jesus is everything will you turn to him to date for direction for your life?
Let’s pray: Lord, Jesus I give you lordship over my life. Forgive me for all my sins and for making things and situation move me out of Your will for my life. I now submit in totally humility and cast all my cares and burdens on you as your word declares and will now establish myself upon your words. I receive You oh Lord as the answer to my problems and break all soul ties with the flesh, things and all circumstances.
